Hi Parents, 

Saturday was a wet wet wet affair, and we are grateful for your patience and flexibility as the meet progressed through the rain. Watching the swimmers finish races with smiles and dancing on deck during the brief halftime switch-over was a wonderful reminder that the Tiger Splash spirit is strong! (Coaches’ Corner reminds us this week of the Tiger Splash spirit...see attached)

So...here we go again; it’s time to register for this weekend’s swim meet!

REGISTRATION- Registration for the second swim meet of the season is now open!!!!!! CLICK HERE  A few instructions are listed below to help navigate registering your swimmer. Most importantly, we ask that ALL FAMILIES access the link to designate that their swimmer “will attend” or “will not attend” the meet. Registration closes Wednesday (May 26th) evening.

1. Access Registration- If the link above is not working, simply log in to SwimTopia and click on the Schedule Tab. Scroll to the May 29th Swim Meet and click the green “Meet Entry” button
2. Swim Meet Status- Edit the swim meet status for each swimmer in your family (select Attending or Not Attending).
3. Select Events- Swimmers 10 & under may select up to 3 individual events and 2 relays. Swimmers 11 & up may select up to 4 individual events and 2 relays.
4. Sign-Up for Volunteer Position- Click on the green “Sign Up for Job Shifts” button and volunteer for a position.

RIBBONS/BEADS- Monday afternoon, volunteers will be compiling the ribbons and beads that were awarded for the Time Trials Meet. Typically by Session 2 on Mondays following the meet, families can find their swimmers’ ribbons and beads in folder bins placed on a table just outside the pool fence. The bins will be accessible at all practice sessions and days, so no need to make a special trip if you don’t swim on Mondays.
