Sorry for the multiple emails.  

The Swimtopia app may not be 100% accurate with event/heat/lane assignments for Time Trials.  I had to run the meet two ways and the Swimtopia version is not compatible with our timing system yet.  Therefore, we went back to Meet Manager and what that means to you is that it seems the super cool Swimtopia app may not be 100% accurate.  Until I can figure out If and how I can fiix it, please use the attached heat sheet (attached here, attached to the meet) and the marking sheet that will be posted in the pavillion at the meet.  My apologies for the inconvenience.  There is a learning curve to the capabilities of the new system.  Let me know if you have any questions.
